அகமதாபாத்,ஜூலை28:அமித் ஷாவுக்கு எதிரான குற்றப் பத்திரிகையை சிபிஐ கசியவிட்டுள்ள என்று பாஜக ராஜ்யசபா எம்பியும் அமித் ஷாவுக்காக ஆஜராகும் மூத்த வழக்கறிஞருமான ராம் ஜெத்மலானி குற்றம் சாட்டியுள்ளார்.இதுகுறித்து அவர் கூறுகையில்; "ஷொராஹ்ப்தீன் போலி என்கவுண்டர் வழக்கில் அமித் ஷா மீதான குற்றப்பத்திரிகையில் உள்ள தகவல்கள் நாள்தோறும் மீடியாக்களில் வெளி வந்து கொண்டிருக்கின்றன.
ஆனால் வழக்கில் குற்றம்சுமத்தப்பட்டுள்ள அமித் ஷாவுக்கு இதுவரை குற்றப்பத்திரிகையின் நகல் அளிக்கப்படவில்லை.
சிபிஐயின் இத்தகையை செயலை பார்க்கும் போது அது அமித் ஷாவுக்கு எதிராக தவறுதலாகப் பயன்படுத்துவது அப்பட்டமாகத் தெரிகிறது. இதை நான் கண்டிக்கிறேன்.
அமித் ஷாவிடம் சிபிஐ விசாரிப்பதில் எங்களுக்கு ஆட்சேபனையில்லை. ஆனால் அவரிடம் கேட்கப்படும் கேள்விகளும், அதற்கு அவர் அளிக்கும் பதில்களும் விடியோவில் பதிவு செய்யப்பட வேண்டும்.
அமித் ஷாவிடம் நடக்கும் விசாரணையை வீடியோவில் பதிவு செய்ய வேண்டும் என்று நீதிமன்றம் ஏற்கெனவே உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது. இதை சிபிஐ மதித்து நடக்க வேண்டும்" என்றார் ராம் ஜெத்மலானி வலியுறுத்தினார். நேற்று ராஜ்யசபாவில் எம்பியாக பதவியேற்றவுடன் இந்த வழக்கில் ஆஜராக ராம் ஜெத்மலானி அகமதாபாத் விரைந்தார்.

ராம் ஜெத்மலானியின் வரலாற்றை பார்த்தோம் எனில் அவர் குற்றவாளிகளை நிரபராதிகளாக மாற்றுவதற்கே பாடுபடுவார் என்பது தெள்ளத்தெளிவான விசயம்

I don't want to deprecate these once towering negative figures of history by bringing any similarity of them with Modi and Shah They are non-descript flies on the democratic wheel of India. Their problem is the big morsel of barbarism fell in their mouths when they were gaping open mouth at the political bed of Gujarat. They swallowed that and became the mascots of RSS. They are some upon whom the tyranny is vested. RSS has catapulted even lab assistant of its hatred and vengeance lab as the demonstrator. He willingly donned that role as it brought him name, fame and power. Now wheel of justice seems to have come to full circle and he is looking for escape routs.
The media is projecting as if Shah is doing any favour for the country by appearing before CBI. He is an accused and that is the beginning and that is the end. He should be treated like an accused. He has been given a long rope by Weak Central government till date and needless to say - he is sitting at the top of Gujarat administration. You can't expect an accused to do justice to himself. Till today it was something like one Hindi poem: Khud hi qatil, khud hi muqbir, khud he munsif theray, Aqraba kis pe karen qatl ka dawa merey ? I'm still not very sure that justice will finally be given to Modi or Shah or any of the perpetrators of terrorism. However, at least the misdeed of inept and prejudiced administration which is headed by Modi is exposed to the world. From this juncture any failure to bring Modi and Shah to the book would be the failure of fair-play of the country, a mockery of justice and the victory of brazen power of wealth. Shah had always been a non-entity. It is putrid ideology behind him which is to be dealt with.
We live not in Germany but India where political leaders and moneyed individuals can not be punished simply because they are super-humans. SC itself is uncertain. I guarantee that they will acquit Amit Shah, rightly so, because he never took the gun or knife or any weapon in his hand except his harmless political weapon which did the job of slaughter, murders, rape, killings, setting fires to Muslim shops and homes, so Modi or Shah is not the culprit, he was a passive onlooker who could do nothing to stop civilization and Sanatana Dharma breaking down, but he did a great service to BJP of India, by his death laboratory experiments he assured the BJP national leaders that, since Modi will never ever become the PM of India, he made sure that no one else in BJP will never become the PM of India. Good work done by Modi and his friend Amit Shah for the future good of India
